Giving back
Team members receive paid Volunteer Time Off to participate in nonprofits or community projects of their choice. Our Project Equity committee, made up of C2FO team members, organizes and champions activities that give back to the community. Each Juneteenth (June 19th) we donate all marketplace revenue earned by C2FO to organizations that help diverse entrepreneurs grow their businesses.
A team of owners
Each C2FO team member receives shares in the company, as well as bonuses when the company meets its performance goals. Team members are expected to “think like an owner,” because they have an ownership stake in C2FO.
