Team members receive paid Volunteer Time Off to participate in nonprofits or community projects of their choice. Our Project Equity committee, made up of C2FO team members, organizes and champions activities that give back to the community. Each Juneteenth (June 19th) we donate all marketplace revenue earned by C2FO to organizations that help diverse entrepreneurs grow their businesses.
